great room but some service hiccups

Our room had an incredible view of the festive decorations, making our stay special. The breakfast room offered a lovely environment, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome.

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a nice seating area. Bathroom amenities included a shower, bathrobe, and free toiletries. Breakfast featured freshly made omelettes, pastries, and a variety of organic juices. The concierge was super helpful, and the fitness center was well equipped. Amazing location in Dam Square!

The location is fantastic, right next to key attractions, making it easy to walk around. The breakfast offerings, including fresh salads and a delightful chocolate fountain, were truly exceptional. However, check-in was chaotic, with delays impacting many guests, and the room design left much to be desired, feeling cramped and lacking in amenities. Additionally, room service was inconsistent, with beds not being turned down during our stay, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The location was perfect for exploring Amsterdam with the family. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it had a delightful variety of fresh options that pleased everyone. The friendly staff made our stay even better, always greeting us with smiles.

My children wanted more family-friendly dining options.

The complimentary room upgrade for my birthday was a delightful surprise, and the breakfast spread was outstanding, particularly the freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious omelettes.

I truly loved how the hotel had a cozy library nook and offered delicious complimentary snacks in the evening. The spa was a fantastic escape with a serene sauna and indulgent massage options to unwind. Just wish the check-in had been smoother since our room wasn't ready right away, but it didn’t take away from the fun. 😊

We explored the beautiful canals and visited the renowned Rijksmuseum. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of options like smoked salmon and made-to-order omelets. Definitely book a longer stay to enjoy everything this place has to offer!

The cleanliness could use improvement. the elevator was poorly maintained and unclean, which was disappointing upon arrival.

The best part was the stunning terrace with amazing views! Our room was spacious, and the staff was super helpful. But, the bathroom sink area could use a bit more space for toiletries. 😊
